Aman Rosa Alpina to Debut in the Dolomites in Summer 2025

Aman has revealed the opening date for its newest property: Aman Rosa Alpina, set in the heart of the Italian Dolomites. Following an extensive renovation led by Jean-Michel Gathy, the reimagined Rosa Alpina Hotel & Spa will become Aman’s second Italian property and its second European ski resort.

A New Chapter in San Cassiano

Located in the charming village of San Cassiano, Aman Rosa Alpina offers year-round appeal. The hotel will be open from July 12 to October 12 for the summer 2025 season, and reopen for winter on December 4, 2025. While the resort isn’t ski-in/ski-out, it provides convenient shuttle service to the nearby San Cassiano cable car station.

Guests can expect a serene experience with a newly constructed spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, three private cinemas, and a ski lounge. Dining options include a Japanese restaurant, an Italian grill, an all-day lounge for drinks and afternoon tea, and a dedicated breakfast room. While the former Michelin three-star restaurant, St. Hubertus, won’t be reopening, the culinary offerings remain a highlight.
