The 145-room EDITION on Lake Como, in Cadenabbia, Italy, officially opened on September 9, 2025. The property occupies the historic Britannia Excelsior Hotel, a former 19th-century inn on the lake’s western shore, which closed several years ago and has since undergone a full renovation and rebranding. The new EDITION now offers fewer rooms than before—145 versus the original 200—focusing more on luxury and spacious layouts.
