Whether nestled beside serene lakes, set within the heart of bustling cities, or surrounded by dramatic natural landscapes, Fairmont hotels are known worldwide for their stunning architecture, exceptional service, and prime locations. The brand is renowned for combining timeless sophistication with local charm, placing a strong emphasis on sustainability and cultural authenticity. From the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs in Canada to The Plaza in New York and Fairmont Makati in the Philippines, each property tells its own unique story—and beginning this July, Fairmont Tokyo will do the same. Guests can look forward to unforgettable design and sweeping views of Tokyo Tower.

A Tranquil Escape with a Skyline View

The long-awaited Japan debut is now open for bookings, with stays starting July 1, 2025. Located in the Shibaura neighborhood, right along the bay and offering picturesque views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, the hotel will feature 217 rooms and suites. Green terraces surround the property, creating a rare balance of urban vibrancy and peaceful seclusion.

Gold Bay View Room – A Hidden Gem in Shibaura

Tucked between glimmering skyscrapers and tranquil canals, the Shibaura area remains a hidden gem. It offers a fusion of quiet waterways, striking cityscapes, cutting-edge architecture, and a coastal atmosphere. Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun, with its centuries-old temples and world-renowned cuisine, continues to be a dream destination for culture lovers.

From the moment you arrive at Fairmont Tokyo, you’re greeted with a dramatic first impression: the lobby sits on the 35th floor and opens onto lush outdoor terraces. The west terrace features a large outdoor pool, sun deck, and poolside bar—perfect for cocktails at sunset. On the east side, guests can relax beside a cozy fireplace while gazing out over Tokyo Bay. Also located on the top floor is the Fairmont Spa and Health Club, which offers a wide variety of treatments and massages, a fully equipped fitness center open daily, and a 20-meter indoor infinity pool.
